Faber, Julian Pollina born on April 18, 1993, in Zürich, is a Swiss singer-songwriter carving his path in the music industry. Known for his distinct style and emotionally charged performances, Faber has made a mark with his unique sound.

Life and Career:

Faber's artistic journey is influenced by his diverse background. His mother, Christina Pollina-Roos, is a television journalist, while his father is the Italian-Swiss Cantautore Pippo Pollina. The musical connection runs in the family, with his sister Madlaina Pollina forming the Zurich duo Steiner & Madlaina alongside Nora Steiner.

Faber's musical prowess extends to his band, Goran Koč y Vocalist Orkestar Band, featuring talented musicians such as Tillmann Ostendarp (trombone, drums), Goran Koč (piano, organ), Janos Mijnssen (electric bass, cello), and Max Kämmerling (electric guitar, darbuka, bouzouki, saxophone). The debut album, "Sei ein Faber im Wind," released on July 7, 2017, showcased reimagined tracks from his earlier EPs, released in 2015 and 2016.

Over two years later, on November 1, 2019, Faber unveiled his second album, "I Fucking Love My Life," further solidifying his presence in the music scene.

Collaborations and Achievements:

In a notable collaboration, Faber, along with Sophie Hunger and Dino Brandão, formed Brandão Faber Hunger and released the album "Ich liebe dich" on December 11, 2020. This album, featuring twelve compositions in Swiss German, received acclaim for its exploration of love's nuances. The trio was recognized at the Swiss Music Awards 2022, winning the title of Best Group.
