Privacy Policy sets out terms of use and the rules of the processing and protection of personal data provided by users of TimeForGig platform.
The administrator of personal data of TimeForGig.com (hereinafter Platform) responsible for ensuring the security of your personal data is Piotr Kołakowski registered in Huculska 6 street in Warsaw (post code 00-703) entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity in Poland, NIP: 9522110100
In the interest of the security of data untrusted to TimeForGig, we developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent disclosure of data to unauthorized persons.
TimeForGig secures data transmission on the Internet by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) transmission protocol. The protocol encrypts, authenticates and ensures message integrity.

II Processing of personal data
Registration on TimeForGig requires providing user information such as name, surname, email address and password. You can also attaché a profile picture. Registration can take place via an external authentication services (e.g. Facebook or Spotify). In this way, the Platform obtains data such as name, last name, email address and profile photo from this external services.
TimeForGig collects data, including cookies, in order to adjust the contact displayed on Platform e.g. displaying events that was previously viewed or in which you may be interested.
The content is also suited by artists, venues, concerts or cities that you follow. We use this information to provide you full use of the Platform.
If you agree to receive commercial information from TimeForGig, your personal data (such as email address, email opening history, music preferences, artists, cities, venues, events you follow) will be processed for marketing purposes.
By saving your email address to our list, you declare that you are its owner.
If you subscribes to an email newsletter, TimeForGig can inform you about news regarding favourite events, artists, places, cities or events and artists that you may be interested. You can always unsubscribe from our list by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting with us by email at timeforgig@timeforgig.com.
III Cookies
TimeForGig uses „cookies” technology to enable to recognize users and adjust Platform to their needs. Language, location and other individual settings are saved. It is remembered that you have logged in to Platform from a given device.
We also use external cookies placed by external entities whose components are added by us. The most important technologies that we use most often are:

TimeForGig uses personalization cookies to show you concerts, artists, venues or cities that you may prefer to follow.

TimeForGig uses IP address collected during Internet connection for technical purposes. The IP address is also used to collect general data such as demographic information.
IV Right of Users
You have rights to withdraw, modify, limit the processing and transferring their personal data from Platform.
You have rights to withdraw agreement to direct marketing, including profiling. Direct marketing is intended only to inform you about the concerts that you may be interested. To withdraw agreement to direct marketing, please contact with us by email at timeforgig@timeforgig.com
You also have rights to lodge a complaint in connection with the processing of your personal data by TimeForGig to the supervisory body , which is the President of The Office for Personal Data Protection (address: Stawki 2 street, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
V Final Provisions
TimeForGig reserves the right to change Privacy Policy of the website, which may be affected by the development of Internet technology or possible changes to the law. You will be informed about any changes in a visible and understandable way.
Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of Poland.
Privacy Policy are valid and effective on the date of their publication on Platform.
